About this token generator
Generate 1–20 tokens at once in three formats: Hex as a lowercase hexadecimal string, Base62 using the 62 characters 0–9A–Za–z (hyphen-free and URL-safe), and UUID v4 with the RFC 4122 version and variant bits set. All randomness comes from the browser's native Web Crypto API (crypto.getRandomValues), with rejection sampling eliminating modulo bias so every character appears with exactly equal probability — well suited for API keys, session IDs and share-link suffixes.
Length is freely specifiable between 8 and 128 (UUID v4 keeps its fixed 36-character format). A 32-character Base62 token carries roughly 190 bits of entropy, while a 128-character hex string reaches 512 bits, making guessing or collision risk negligible. Generation is entirely local: tokens never touch the network and are never logged — keep them safe.
